The School of Management undergraduate programs aim to provide a foundation across the a spectrum of business-related academic disciplines and focus on varying overall aims for our students:

  1. The Associate of Applied Arts (AAS) degree, a two year degree program, and available either in Accoutning or Business Administration, caters primarily to high school graduates who wish to explore the college environment, perhaps with the intent of pursuing a four year degree; this degree program is offered in both business administration and accounting;
  2. The Bachelor of Science degree (BS), a four year degree program in Business Administration, provides a focused approach include a balance of liberal arts, technological knowledge, math and computer oriented skills, and practical skills needed for a particular discipline within the field; the derriere prepares students to either advance their studies in a graduate program or jump start their career immediately upon graduation; this degree program is offered across a number of majors, including accounting, finance, human resource management, international business, management, marketing, and small business and entrepreneurial studies
  3. The Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) four-year degree program in Hospitality Management, is a focused and highly career oriented degree for those students interested in entering any of the wide array of disciplines within the hospitality management service sector, with less exposure to the liberal arts and greater exposure to career-based coursework in the discipline.


Finally, students may pursue minors in select areas of study to add additional value to their credentials, upon graduation!

  1. The MBA program, designed for emerging leaders and pre-experieince aspiring professionals, prepares you to lead effectively in a technology-intensive global economy, in a variety of fields. Through a combination of cross-disciplinary instruction, and hard and soft skill development, you will be prepared to effectively manage your career throughout your lifetime. The MBA value proposition is focused on the three pillars of: Learning, Career, and Experieince and Community.
  2. The MBA-CFA track aims to prepare you to successfully complete the qualifying examinations on the pathway towards a career as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
  3. The EMBA program is designed for professionals typically further along in their career path, often on track for advancement to senior management., and is designed to deliver impact — for you and your organization. The program focuses on cross-disciplinary skills and strategies as well as in-depth, specialized topics relevant to students’ specific interests. The EMBA program, offered through international collaboration and resource integration, is cohort-based, emphasizes practice/application, is lecture intensive, and is scheduled so as to minimize the interruption of participant work schedules
  4. The BS/MBA program in Accounting aims to prepare you to successfully complete the New York State CPA (Certified Public Accountant) examination and pursue a rewarding career in the public accounting profession.
  5. The MS program in Human Resource Management is designed to prepare you to become a successful Human Resource/Employee Relations leaders in a dynamic, interconnected, competitive global business environment by providing you with a high-quality, solution-oriented learning experience; and
  6. An Academic Graduate Certificate, offered in Human Resource Management.
