The M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management provides students with a comprehensive program to meet the needs of engineers and scientists whose objective is to advance to technical management positions in business, industry, or government.

In the environment of entrepreneurship and innovation encouraged by the Chinese government, the program relies on the high teaching quality of PSU’s Engineering College and will be supported by the top Chinese pioneer in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, China Fortune Land Development Co. (CFLD). Therefore, the transfer students from Chinese partner Universities will not only acquire academic knowledge in classrooms, they will participate HGC executive practice training, and also maximize the benefits from the Chinese government’s entrepreneurial innovation policy through the support by CFLD. Policies contain the application for low-rent office and housing and incubation start funds. Meanwhile, the start-up companies in the Chinese incubation parks who need to expand their overseas market will be introduced into PSU’s entrepreneurial center through CFLD. HGC and PSU will set up technological innovation forums and conduct relevant professional conferences.
