At the successful completion of the BSBA with an option in Human Resource Management, students will be able to formulate a talent management plan that supports an organization’s strategy.
Human Resource Management Learning Objectives
Towards achieving the BSBA human resource management learning goal, the student will be able to:
- Recommend HR practices that enhance workforce and organizational performance;
- Apply principles of human behavior to the design of workforce practices;
- Evaluate the impact of globalization on workforce practices;
- Evaluate HR practices for compliance with employment and labor laws; and
- Negotiate and recommend practices for establishing a productive relationship between labor and management.
